The UK’s first HotTug combines a relaxing soak in a hot-tub and a cruise along the runnymede-on-thames’ picturesque stretch of the River Thames.

Rather than cooling off in the river, guests of the hotel can launch this wood fired boat-cum-hot-tub from the hotel’s private mooring.

Surely one of the quirkiest ways of bobbing along this summer, the contraption is the brain child of Dutch designer Frank de Bruijn.

The HotTug is available for use by a maximum of six guests of the runnymede-on-thames, priced at £90 for an hour on weekdays and £120 an hour at weekends.

Overnight stays at the runnymede-on-thames are from £169 per room per night, based on two sharing a weekend stay on a B&B basis.
