Day of Excellence at L’ortolan

A real treat for foodies, Alan Murchison and his team are inviting visitors to take a glimpse behind the scenes and meet some of L’ortolan’s valued partners and suppliers at a ‘Day of Excellence’ on Friday May 17.
Look out for tastings from some of the artisan food producers who supply the high quality ingredients used to create the Michelin starred dishes at L’ortolan. There will also be wine tasting, cookery demonstrations and a look at how some of the high spec kitchen ‘gadgets’ are used by the chefs to create the tastes and textures that add a uniqueness to the food. Visitors will be invited to take a tour of the restaurant, private dining rooms, demonstration studio and kitchen.
