CakeyPigg Originals has launched a new Gluten Free cake class. Being gluten intolerant doesnt have to mean limiting your culinary creativity.You can join us the boutique bakery for an inspiring half-day workshop designed to enhance your kitchen confidence and baking skills without wheat.
It's the gluten in flour that gives cakes their bounce.Gluten free flours are a touch more difficultto work than normal flours and results can be disappointing. There are however, ingredients and ways to get good results, which provide equally tasty alternatives.

In the workshop you will learn how to make two different gluten free creations using tasty gluten free cake recipes.No experience is necessary just turn up and get stuck in. The lesson is hands on which means you learn from touch and experience. At the end of the lesson you will have some tasty treats to take home or eat on the spot if you cant wait.
