Welcome to our new feature where readers are invited to share the news of great restaurants, pubs, cafes and farm shops

Punto, Old Windsor

If you like a traditional Italian restaurant and pizzeria with a great atmosphere, providing authentic food and excellent service, then definitely give this one a try. It has an extensive menu and they pull out all the stops for special celebrations, see

Maureen McLean, Eton

Sebastian’s, Windsor

This small and cosy Italian restaurant in Goswell Hill provides brilliant food, especially the octopus soup. Service was excellent during our last visit. Sebastian’s is very good for couples rather than families and not too expensive. We hope to visit again very soon.

Sam Judd, Windsor

The New Inn, Knowl Hill

Dishes are tasty, well priced and filling. The tapas are authentic and portions are very generous. I come here a lot with friends and family, and have also celebrated my birthday here. The set tapas menu is a must, and the tiramisu is divine.

Joanne Trinder, Woodley

Madam ‘Posh’, Windsor

Spent a lovely afternoon with my auntie here. It’s just opened in the high street and is a stylish, high end but affordable restaurant, come tea room, come store, all in one. The sweet and savoury delights are delicious. A lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon… just my cuppa tea! I can highly recommend...

Julie Horton, Maidenhead

Bel and the Dragon, Cookham

This has been my favourite hub for good, fresh food for a very long time now. I’m pretty sure between myself and my fiancé we have worked through pretty much all of the menu but the highlight has to be the rotisserie section. Suckling pig, whole chicken and more is available.
