We sniff out some of the best pubs in Berkshire that welcome your four-legged friends

Berkshire is blessed with some fantastic pubs that welcome dogs. We round up a few to visit.

The Duke of Edinburgh

Half a mile from Ascot racecourse and close to Windsor Great Park, both very popular with dog walkers, the Duke of Edinburgh run by Nick and Annie since 1998 welcomes dogs in the bar and garden. The 200 year old pub has low beams and a cosy atmosphere. The menu includes fish, poultry and game.
