Tapas Revolution, Windsor

Tapas Revolution has recently announced their Menu Navidad - a Spanish take on Christmas dinner. Guests will start with a feast of tapas to share, followed by a choice of festive dishes. Also on offer are Spanish seasonal desserts including Pastel de Chocolate y Turrón.

The Royal Oak, Yattendon

Unwind in this cosy pub with its log fires, old beams, chunky oak tables and views of the village square. For larger parties there are three private dining rooms for up to 40 guests. The Christmas day lunch for 2018 is priced at £80 per head with champagne and spice roasted nuts and olives on arrival. Mains include roast turkey, roast halibut, rib of beef and wild mushroom and chesnut bourguignon.

Fredrick’s, Maidenhead

Arrive at the delightfully decorated Fredrick’s Hotel in Maidenhead this Christmas day to champagne on arrival, followed by a Christmas lunch from a bespoke menu. Prices are £90 per adult and £45 per child. Private dining is available.

Coworth Park, Ascot

Chef Adam Smith has once again put a creative twist on festive dishes with the Michelin-starred restaurant offering a three-course lunch (priced at £50 per person) featuring mains such as braised brill and Norfolk Bronze turkey. The festive dinner is priced at £60 per person. Both include a glass of house wine, tea/coffee and handmade chocolates.

The Little Angel, Henley on Thames

This historic pub restaurant is an ideal stop for lunch during a visit to Henley, in a lovely position just 50m from the Thames. The interior is simple and welcoming with warm wood, painted furniture and colourful, upholstered chairs. On Christmas Day you can enjoy starters such as: Severn & Wye smoked salmon plate; and smoked ham hock. Mains ranging from roasted cod supreme to sirloin of dry aged native breed beef. Be sure to save room for one of the mouth-watering desserts!

The Boatman, Windsor

Take a break from shopping or walking along the river to have lunch overlooking Eton Bridge. The interior has a bright, nautical look and can be hired for private events. The Christmas Menu offers starters of: roasted parsnip; king scallops; wood pigeon breast. Mains include: rack of Sussex lamb; Norfolk Turkey; and Dover sole. For dessert there is Christmas pudding, lemon tart and rich Belgian chocolate mousse. £85 per person.

The New Inn, Knowl Hill

This family run restaurant specialising in homemade Italian/Spanish cuisine, is popular for its friendly atmosphere and good service. The festive menu offers up mains such as: chicken with asparagus and mushroom; pork belly; and steak with mustard, wine, mushrooms and cream. The Christmas Day menu has starters including asparagus with parma ham with mains including: ½ duck with spring onions; chicken with garlic, basil and tomato and wine sauce; and slices of veal with mushrooms.
