Aylesbury Vale Growth Potential seminar

This free seminar to help grow your business takes place on 2 October at The Oculus, The Gateway.
Parrott & Coales, the largest law firm based in Aylesbury, is taking part in a Buckinghamshire Business First seminar on Thursday, 2 October. The seminar is free to attend and will examine opportunities for business development and lend advice on growing a business in the Aylesbury Vale.
The seminar will be held at The Oculus, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road and speakers also include Aylesbury Vale District Council, commercial property consultants, Stupples Chandler Garvey and the Aylesbury branch of the Swedish banking group, Handelsbanken. The event runs from 7.45 am - for an 8.15 am start - until 9.30 am, followed by coffee and networking. A light breakfast will also be provided.
Neil Blake, Leader of Aylesbury Vale District Vale Council, will open the seminar followed by Tracey Aldworth on identifying the barriers to growth and outlining ongoing initiatives that will support business expansion.
Michael Garvey, Owner of Stupples Chandler Garvey and vice chairman of Buckinghamshire Business First, will talk on the growth accelerators in the area including improved connectivity, East West Rail and Superfast Broadband infrastructure projects, and an overview of the support that Buckinghamshire Business First provides for businesses.
Stephen Carew, associate at Parrott & Coales, will discuss the challenges and legal implications for growing businesses.
The more formal part of the seminar will conclude with Derek Beards, branch manager of the local Handelsbanken branch in Aylesbury, providing an insight into why the bank chose to come to Aylesbury.
