Join the Big Nature Count in Thatcham

Head for the Natue Discovery Centre, Thatcham on Friday, 18 July and Saturday, 19 July

All the fun starts at 12 noon on Friday 18 July, and events continue through the evening, and all day to 4pm on Saturday 19 July.

•Race the clock to spot as many species as you can around the Nature Discovery Centre!

•Learn about wildlife from our experts on guided walks and drop-in sessions for everyone to join in

•Wild Walks, Bug Hunting, Pond-dipping for all ages! (we know mums and dads love pond-dipping just as much as their children!)

•FREE activities thanks to funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund

The Big Nature Count is part of the Linking the Landscape in West Berkshire project run by the Wildlife Trust across the nature reserves including the very popular Greenham and Crookham Common, Bowdown Woods and Thatcham Reedbeds.
