Family fun draws crowds to High Wycombe shopping centre

All the fun at Eden

Dads Are Heroes returned to Eden Shopping Centre, High Wycombe, with favourite heroes entertaining the crowds.

Superheroes were brought to life with appearances from The First Avenger Captain America, hugely popular Titan the Robot, plus iconic elite soldiers from the galactic empire, Storm Troopers. The littlest ones had their own emergency hero, Fireman Sam.

Dads went back to the future Doc and Marty style, as Eden hosted a replica of the iconic 1981 Delorean DMC-12 from Back to the Future. Its not only Dads that are heroes, and Mums were looked after as well with House of Fraser running free pampering sessions throughout the day. With mini facials, hand massages and nail painting to indulge in, it was the perfect excuse to hand Dad and the kids over to the superheroes.

The event supported The Child Bereavement Charity, which supports families who have been bereaved and also educates professionals on the front line of bereavement support.
