It may not quite be Cannes but Henley is joining the ranks of major European towns and cities by hosting its first ever film festival in May. It even hopes to see a Hollywood superstar drop in – Jude Law!
is an international documentary film festival hosted at various venues in Henley to celebrate and showcase the best in international feature and short documentary filmmaking. The festival celebrates films that provoke debate, evoke emotions and more importantly inspire audiences. These films will reflect individual greatness, inspirational stories and ambitions, environmental and social responsibilities. Through film the organisers hope to not only inspire others, but also to evoke a self-belief that transcends deep into our own local community and outsiders alike.
