A Reading firm has launched a series of colour awareness days to help workers find out whether they're green, blue, red or yellow (or a combination of colours).

Jaluch says that understanding the 'colour' of personalities within your office could be at the heart of effective communication, according to a human resources firm. So, apparently blues are recognisable by their attention to detail and ability to plan, while you can spot a red by their drive to set goals and achieve results and greens by their ability to work with others to achieve harmony in difficult circumstances.

Yvonne Gill, who is leading the programme for Jaluch, said: "Our colour profiling is unique because it also features one to one coaching after a training event, enabling everyone to explore the areas they wish to develop. By helping people understand their personalities in a very visual way, we're making them more self-aware and are enabling personal development."
