Her Royal Highness The Countess of Wessex has visited the Bracknell NHS Urgent Care Centre to officially open and look round the centre’s facilities, including Community Patient Education Centre and listened to the local Bracknell school choir and also took part in a plastering masterclass with pupils.

The Bracknell Urgent Care Centre offers free NHS healthcare to anyone requiring immediate treatment but not life threatening symptoms. The centre, located on London Road, Bracknell, is open 8am-8pm seven days a week, 365 days a year including all bank holidays.

Rachel Beverley-Stevenson, Chief Executive of OneMedicalGroup who operate the Bracknell NHS Urgent Care Centre says: “It is fantastic for the hard working care team and local children to meet Her Royal Highness and officially open the centre. We feel the centre plays a key role in the Bracknell community and the surrounding area and our fantastic Patient Education Centre facility supports our patient first led approach.”
