Young stylist Danielle Laye of VISIONS in Gerrards Cross, Bucks, has been recognised for her talents in a national competition hosted by prescriptive European hair care company La Biosthétique's exclusive salon networking club.
Danielle placed second in the national Young Total Beauty Awards and said: I was so proud to win this award. I love creating looks that perfectly suit someones personality and face shape. The little crop I chose has some lovely colours in it, and manages to capture a modern take on Sixties retro, the judges really liked it.
Stylists under 25 were asked to submit an image of their work including total look of cut, colour, finish, make-up and clothes styling. The 10 finalists had to recreate their look during a tense 30 minute demonstration in front of a panel of expert judges that included international session stylist Natalie Curtis.
VISIONS are a retailer for La Biosthtique, a brand that advocates naturally sourced ingredients and effective problem specific hair and skin care. The networking club called, Socit Franaise de Biosthtique (SFB) unites to share skill, inspiration and experience aimed at improving the salon clients experience.
